1. Hassle-free returns within 7 days; specific conditions apply based on products and promotions.
2. After collecting the return order. The refunds will be processed to as follows; Prepaid order refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 working days. COD orders receive a refund in the OVJA wallet within 2 working days .
3. Issues with defective, incorrect, or damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
4. Items purchased during special sales with free product offers, like BOGO, are ineligible for returns.
5. A reverse shipment fee upto Rs 50 can be charged for excessive returns, which will be deducted from the refund.
FOR OVJA MEMBERS.
1.OVJA members can return or exchange online orders within 15 days. Please note that any points earned or credited on the order will be revoked if the items are returned within this period.
2. Free gifts can only be exchanged, not returned.
3. Items purchased together with a free gift are only eligible for exchange, not return, to prevent misuse.
4. If you redeem points within 10 days before they are credited to your account, the order associated with the redemption will only be eligible.
